Crop Collar Tee in Larimar

After many generations, the OG public school uniform in the DR was changed in 2017 from light blue cotton shirts to polyester collar t-shirts alternating the color by region under the argument that this design is “more ergonomic” however the transition from natural fiber and unique color to synthetic fiber and non-representative colors is more of a downgrade tbh + non-biocompatible which can literally make the learning process less efficient. Whoever made this choice clearly doesn’t know anything about it.

Anyways, this inspired us to create our ideal version of it. We took the current collar tee and the light blue from back in the days, which makes more sense since it resembles Larimar and put them together, as a proposal for them to keep the current design but make it natural and bring back the Larimar blue since it represents us as Dominicans + our “Fe” logo (faith in Spanish) placed over the heart, an acronym for Freedom Ecowear whilst also resembling a “seed of faith” for these challenging times.
