Fit Guide

On the night before Three Kings Day, children in Puerto Rico prepare a shoebox filled with fresh grass for the horses of the Reyes Magos. Since camels aren’t found in the Caribbean, the Reyes Magos ride on horses. Each January 5th, families gather to cut fresh grass and place it in a shoebox, just like leaving cookies for Santa. The kids place the box either under their beds or in a visible spot, like next to their beds. Afterward, the kids hurry to bed, eagerly awaiting the Reyes Magos arrival at dawn. As they deliver the gifts, the horses munch on the grass the children left in the box before moving on to the next house.

In this design, we've incorporated elements commonly seen in a child's room in the Caribbean. The glow-in-the-dark stars and moon resemble those often found on a child's ceiling. This artwork was created to highlight the cultural significance of Three Kings Day.
